Did anyone ever AAA Superluminal?

An AAA on it is insane because not getting any greats on weird 32nd triplet transitions sandwiched between dense 16th js and cameljacks is insane to do. Low SDG on Superluminal isn't that hard

Absolutely not. 74p AAA vs. 22p/1b is no question -- 22p/1b wins under any scoring circumstance, I'm sure. In the case of a few perfects, leave the AAA up; in this case, let Alex show off that 22p score because it simply is near untouchable.

I think adding both the MA score and the AAA will be good enough. I would also hate for a sick MA/close AAA run get replaced by an AAA run with the MA not close to the precious MA score.

That works too -- the term Dynam0 used was "replace", which is why I said absolutely not. Having the 74p AAA accompany the WR is perfectly fine in my opinion.

22p 1cb is still WR imo. I'd always just go with whoever has the highest DP on the file for the sake of simplicity, even if the WR wouldn't be a AAA despite the file being AAA'd before. Otherwise you'll always get those really weird '40p/2g FC or 65p AAA, which is WR?' scenarios.

I'd go with highest DP for the sake of simplicity, and in the event of a tie, look at MA/PA/CBs in some sort of sequential order.

Yeah I really hate showing two scores on one file for a world records page. I wouldn't have replaced Alex's score unless the majority felt it should be (cuz 22p is how?).

We'll have to make a judgement call for things like these. Since I am pretty quick to update the tables, I'd like anyone to let me know if they think a score should not have been replaced if it has been.

Of course if you like, we could also list more than one score in rare cases (Freedom Dive certainly calls for this)

22p is definitely tons better. I would look at it like which one would win when playing each other on smo. Which goes by percentage.

I agree that 22p is much better. I'll update WRs a lot more if it weren't for the fact that I get a captcha every 3 pages I go to.

I agree with the general principle, but technically DP doesn't look at MA at all, so Etienne/WookE's AAAs would be the best by that standard. Back when I was helping with Stai's WR wiki we used DP+marv (because MIGS is dumb) and would then include the best known AAA if the WR wasn't a AAA. So in this case 22/0/0/1/0 would easily beat 72p, but the 72p would be shown anyway as an impressive non-WR score.

I don't see how this is a score you can't really believe. I mean, I know it's your own opinion and such but honestly, I'm capable of pulling stuff off like this if you've seen my other scores...

I'll see what I can do for tomorrow. It probably won't be a re-AAA but hopefully something close...

Such as for Staiain's Perpetuum Mobile FC--he has a better DP+marv score, but that run is just too fucking insane to not go on record.

I know Etienne has streamed SM before so he's capable of making a vid if he wants to. And it's not like the AAA was super fluked or anything given a BF run right beforehand. I wouldn't be surprised if he could pump out a 2/3g FC or better on vid.
