ok the title's a little disingenuous since none of these files really qualify as 'speed files' nowadays =.= but whatever they're fast enough okay
would have sdg/sdcb'd but kb missed the whole quad jack and greatrushed the end in surprise ![]() first time not rushing the whole ending streams; the jack transitions murdered me though. cool PA ![]() cool MA/PA, bad at the trill transitions ![]() forgot the jacks were there, this is awesome for me though ![]() nailed the beginning scale jacks for the first time !_! MA's a bit improvable since i got tons of perfs in the end jack lol ![]() um....... lol ![]() hands down winner for the night~ ![]()

Being able to MA weird transitions is more important than speed if you want accuracy in your scores
That being said, jungle and tripping contact stand out most to me. Everything here is solid regardless |

all of these were speed files when I played pup, and they're all WAY better than what people posted on them years back (maybe one or two could have been supped by someone back then, but still)
midare and cetaka would be proud :') |

Getting into the lower 20s in TC is tough since you have to start MAing the 32nd bursts too, gj on the MA there
Don't Cross the Crooked Step and Jungle are awesome (Jungle is really habit-forming for me that PA is nuts) edit: rofl wish i had DP calc on this comp, can't imagine how close that bliss is to an A, the PA really saved it there Last edited by Dynam0; 12-12-2012 at 12:53 AM.. |

yeah TC is tricky, for me it's basically sac a couple notes for the sake of MA'ing (i don't think i got any perfs in the hard part lol). bliss i got pretty much the exact same score twice in a row before that run and both were indeed A's haha. i can get much lower cb's i think but it risks great/boo-rushing and i'm pretty conditioned to just take misses instead of doing that >__>

who's tryna shoot me a hundred bucks right quick
(and also before i invest in anything srs: do any MA players out there use a separate usb keyboard with their laptop for sm? i've only done it once or twice (including with stian's mech) and it seemed horrible timing-wise, though there's a chance it's just the not-used-to-it factor)

aciiiii had kinda poop MA iirc D: maybe i'll bum a normal-quality kb from someone and make sure the delay's not awful or anything before i look into better ones. i mean the chance of me actually getting a mech keyboard is incredibly slim (i got Billz 2 pay haha) but it'd be nice to have something that doesn't dump spazzy misses all the time

You should probably go for a flat keyboard instead like the Logitech UltraX (you're probably used to the flat keys on your laptop anyway), but I'm not sure if it works on your laptop or not since it's only PS/2 iirc? ps those scores are sick, teach me how to MA speedy stuff D: Last edited by EzExZeRo7497; 12-12-2012 at 03:31 AM.. |
