Someone at a party introduces you to your mother's only sister's husband's sister in law. He has no brothers. What do you call this lady? it could not be a girl because it says he has no brothers, but not a boy because it is a sister in law.

Wrong. The riddle is referring to "He" as the sister's husband. If you read the problem carefully and think through it, you would understand that. "He has no brothers" is saying that the sister's husband does not have any brothers.
