HELP! Loading glitch on FFR songs.

I really want to be able to play all 1227 charts on FFR, (Almost since I can't get most tokens) but some songs don't load when I play them. I have some songs in my level rank that don't load. I've had a song freeze at 3% loaded, then I have songs freezing at 96-98% loaded. Any reason why???

This happens to me on a lot of songs. Destination of the Heart, To Make the End of Battle, Phi-dentity, etc. I've tried different standalone links, I've tried playing in browser and the problem still happens. Clearing cache doesn't help. Restarting comp doesn't help. I haven't been able to play some songs for months. I've talked to staff about it and unfortunately, they don't know what to do. Unless they have some new ideas now, that would be great. :/

Sorry if I'm regurgitating information you might have already heard/tried, but since you didn't post what you've tried to do to fix the situation, I'll post what I know.

I would try to clear the cache and the cookies from your browser. Change your flash settings to allow for more memory. You may also have to change your local flash data if it exists. You can do this by (in windows 7) hitting the windows key + R at the same time, typing %appdata% and hitting enter, and looking for adobe/macromedia folders. look for anything with flashflashrevolution.com or of the like and move/remove it.

I tried deleting flash storage for FFR, but you want me to delete ALL my browser history and cookies!? I have tons of kongregate save files and i don't want to lose them, so this is very risky for me. But I tried deleting the flash storage for FFR and stuff I don't use, did nothing. Can't load the magical 8bit tour song still.

I think it has to do something with your internet connection... Like, for me, certain songs freeze on one internet connection, and some more freeze on another. I have no idea, though.

I am playing ALL the charts I can unlock and the public ones from highest difficulty to lowest difficulty, and I have 7 songs that don't load right now so far. Also, if it has to do with Internet connection, I can connect 100% fine!!! :/

EDIT: In the similar threads list, there are threads that show this problem, but all the song loading issue threads have been dead for 4+ years, with one of them since 2005.

This used to happen to me a lot a few months ago, and it was a problem with my internet connection. New router fixed up my problem. All songs load fine for me.

We need synthlight. If only he was like admins on other forum sites and not just posting, "First person to write on your wall." the instant you register! I agree, this happens with everyone, not just me or you.

Edit; I have 9 songs that freeze, but I get too exhausted trying to type the song names in while switching to standalone and profile chat again and again.

But what else is an admin supposed to do other than sit in front of his computer 24/7 and write stock messages to every new member that signs up

Would it be possible for me to TeamView anyone who has this glitch so I run some test in an attempt to figure this out. I don't have the problem and nothing I've tried seems to be working.

FFR is setup in a way levels can't be cached in the first place, because of the fact every is loaded through a file that provides the requested level.

oh lol learn something new everyday. seems that clearing the cache always solves these songs not loading problems though, so it wouldn't hurt for him to try :P

Clearing the cache doesn't necessarily work for me, and when it does, it's just a temporary solution. It's generally the same songs that keep glitching too. Every now and then they work again, but then that is only once or twice before they get re-stuck - always at 99% by the way.
Most notable ones for me currently are Phi-dentity and Air. There were some more but they weren't as important (to me) :P

This used to happen to me a lot a few months ago, and it was a problem with my internet connection. New router fixed up my problem. All songs load fine for me.
