Damnit, why can I not solve my own level? D:
Also, I love you, <3 70 is definitely my favorite of my levels and I'm pretty proud of that one. I'm also proud of 71, but I don't think it has the same unique flare that that one has. It took too much damn work to set up that level such that there were no holes in the levels that broke the solution, without making the solution too obvious.

Also, What ever happened to your nightmare level? I wish that one was in the game as well. I tried it a while back but could only get as close as 4 moves off. |

As for my old levels, they're all gone now, since the servers seem to have deleted everyone's old levels. I might make some new ones in PP2 with just pink and black blocks. The classic psychopath has always been my favorite. I think it's amazing what you can do with just two types of blocks.

Wasn't 70 designed to have some sort of solution that was 300+ steps, before someone found a path that was way shorter that ended up making it that much better? I seem to recall that the solution was a surprise to most.

Anyway, if you ever get around making levels on PP2 with only pink and black blocks, PLEASE let me know. I would love to give some of those a try! The original concept of the game wins by a long shot. EDIT: Also, just finished out my paint planning on 71. Will tackle it tomorrow :3 Quote:
I wonder who that person was lmao

The original solution was much longer but I didn't particularly like it. After starring at the level for awhile I got an idea that might break the level. As it turns out, it works nicely and makes the it much better. Also, my PP2 profile is just Reach. There's already a level on there that I made a long time ago, but it has holes and whatnot.

Yeah, I really disliked PP2 too. Partially it was the new blocks (like i love you mentioned), which made it feel like you had to try random stuff until you found the right approach. It was also partially the way the game looked, just not anywhere near as clean and simple as the original. Plus, having certain levels refuse to load was a huge hassle

Stuck at 50 btw, can't even think of a way to get to the end.
I can get to the bottom road, but that (obviously) locks myself in in the cross, but... how else?

I think "Detour" is a poor name because the *entire game* is about detours.
A better name for that level might be "Dolphin" but that might be way too obscure (makes sense to me, at least, sitting here staring at the solution). I guess my hint to you would be that going to the bottom road doesn't mean you lock yourself into the cross. EDIT: Just looked at Psychopath 2... I wouldn't even enjoy playing PP1 levels on this. Not a fan of the engine. The additional block types clutter things up a bit, too. I much prefer PP1 (clean, simple, smooth, and the levels are full of creative complexities).
