Meh I don't know. I feel like my golden days of an FFR simfile artist are over. I can't possibly get the motivation to pump out new files at the rate I did in 2006 - 2008. I guess that might be why I don't care as much. I can barely get myself to finish a single file anymore

A pro trick is to step short songs. Another trick is to use DDReamStudio! It's so fast there's a part in the guide that shows you how to speed-step.

Another trick is to stop stepping as many files if you aren't caring as much.

but it used to be my job ;_;

I think I just care more about playing right now. Its just a matter of me getting into stepmania and opening the editor. If I'm focused I can still pump out a file in an hour if its about 2 minutes long. I just don't open stepmania anymore
