the better steppers have their own style
ie gundam, puppet, moches, kil but all in all that statement holds true. my stepping style imo always went towards a more classic feel mixed with blurk/zaghurim/necros

also yeah people are much better at stepping now and are picking it up a lot quicker than back when i started stepping thats for sure |

well, we're certainly seeing a huge revival in Stepmania this year:
1. return of many old veterans (Skor, dancepantsguy, iirc I saw dballin a few days ago?) 2. release of FFRCP Summer 2012, one of the best packs in years 3. return of singles releases 4. flourishing community of steppers I can't recall another time when things here have been this good, save the SMGroove era (which I was never there to see) and the golden age of Bluexoon |

I remember when people stated Stepmania was moribund and on a decadence slope.
