Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Eh, once D1 becomes a 6-way or more tiebreaker, that's when I'll flip my stuff, lol. I'm just so waiting for that to happen, I want it to happen.

EDIT: I have never been SO mad. At some point it apparently disconnected me and my score didn't go in... I feel so destroyed right now... EDIT2: Re-AAA'd after 29 tries. (http://i.imgur.com/T5ZvK.png) I am never playing Need You again. Last edited by KrazyKitsune; 08-18-2012 at 01:16 AM.. |

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
D1 cutoff: AAA (overflow)
D2 cutoff: 1-0-0-1 D3 cutoff: 2-0-0-0 D4 cutoff: 2-0-0-0 D5 cutoff: 10-1-0-1 D6 cutoff: 5-0-0-3 (would be 3-0-0-0 if Rob had AAA'd it online) Quick, pick the odd one out. |

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Calling it as well.
Compared to Extratone it should be relatively easier to AAA. But **** if it isn't brutal. EDIT: Updated my blog: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...hought/236243/

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
Oh D1 you so crazy
Honestly tho I feel like the prize rounds (ie rounds 5+) should be less a matter of AAA/low sdg kind of perfection as a true challenge to the players still remaining. Make it difficult enough so that they struggle to get an sdg on it, and then you'll actually see real competition instead of having score differences so minor it's not any actual reflection of skill disparity between stronger and weaker competitors. For one of the D1 players now (and possibly more, go make it a Christmas tree guys~) an AAA on their round 6 song won't even be good enough, and thats a little silly.

Re: 7th Official FFR Tournament
well picking an appropriate difficulty song isnt really that easy. some of the D1 players are D2 skill level, some might be D3, and some (NMP...) might even be D4. There's similar problems in the other divison. You could just give all the first 3 divisions an FMO (hard FMO for D3) but combo scoring is really dumb and ruins that approach.
