It's only a tiebreaker if someone else gets better than 1-0-0-3, then they'd be 8th-9th place.

Also I feel bad for alloyus. He fought hard -- technically got 8th last official due to xThai botting, but still so close. He has some time left, but 1 good is brutal from 4 goods.
