As for the tax issue, I personally think what he's hiding has to do with 2008/2009 (IMO obvious why). I don't necessarily think McCain chose Palin over Romney for tax reasons, but rather because Palin was a strategic move to appeal to certain voter bases much like Obama was -- so he needed a weapon of comparable magnitude.

The fact that Romney refuses to release those tax returns (like everyone else has done) is what started the whole thing. Dude brought it on himself. :P
