uh oh, that mite be like carpo-tunnel syndrome (lol i duno carpel tunnel or something like that), and it ruins the tendons in your wrists, im not sure if it is or not, because if it is carpotunnel syndrome or whatever its called then i suggest you not use the computer for a while because it also comes from incorrect typing posture

As you play more your indurance will increase and you will be able to play the songs that are straining you without ANY effort.

learn to play a stringed instrument. it brings up your wrist endurance a TON... especially when you play one handed. Learn the double bass. Works great.

If your wrist hurts, try to elevate it off the table and that will keep your wrist from hurting because it is proper technique. It feels more tiring but after a while it just feels right. Atleast thats what my typing teacher says but, I gotta do it since weak wrists run in my family, my mom and aunt both have carpal tunnel(spelling).

I actually find the opposite of that to be true. I rest my wrists on the lip of my table so it gets support. That way the backs of your hands get more tired and not your wrists. It's a trade off that's worth it because it is much more damaging to injure your wrists than you hands.

i get sore wrists every so often, usually when i am playing for an extended period of time. I have found that it is the same as working out, as that's what you are doing with your wrist. Like curling iron, or bench pressing. The more you play, the longer you can play, and the happier you'll be. unless you're playing for beginner songs, then you could play forever.....

Well, that's exactly what it is. You are working out your hands/wrists.
And who says video games aren't exercise.

I play two handed and the back of my right hand starts hurting after a while, although my left hand never does.
