Explanation: someone stole a song from FL4 and submitted it as their own. It is true that a minor synth line, bass, and a tempo changed were added, but it was clear that the piece was not original. Copyright issues ensued, and now the song is no longer playable.

...Poop. Are those credits ever gonna be reimbursed? I mean, to me 1000 credits isn't the end of the world, but it is inconvenient :/

Okay. Better explanation time.

The song hasn't been removed entirely, it's now just invisible and unplayable to everyone except game admins while Spook gets this cleared out with Toby. If he (Toby) is cool with letting us use the song, it gets made visible again and you won't have to repurchase it if you already did. Chances are we'll give the proper credit where credit is due, though - which means the song probably won't be called "Genesis One" anymore.

If Toby doesn't let us use the song (or waits too long to respond), we'll remove it permanently. I'll bug LD to do a batch database operation to refund your credits if that happens.

I'm curious as to who tried to get away with submitting this song as their own?

Wait, so he even kept the same title, Striker, instead of Genesis One as you guys have put down?

Calling it Genesis One was a mistake. The file was named Striker-Genesis One.mp3 and didn't have an ID3 tag. Easy to get confused.

The song just disappeared from my Purchased File. It's not there to re-purchase and not in the already purchased songs. Did this happen to anyone else? =\

*EDIT*:

Ooops, just read above... lol So about how long will it be down for, if you know?
