Well, I got it with 33 I believe. That's why I say under 35 (no CMod I believe).

I know what you mean though, but I'm not posting it as a "brag" perhaps. Just something to shoot for because I'm positive if I can do it, he can. Considering I did do that quite awhile ago, too.
