well first I desaturated Ryu becuase I thought that would look better, but then when I added the wind effect you couldn't even tell who it was so I left him colored, and the black background I think fits really good witht he whole mood of the picture. Maybe it's just a preference thing, idk.

I know, it was a 50% mix between video games and media so I put it in both. And I want to see what the differing opinions are between video gamers and artists on my picture.

The beam and blast look offset in my opinion. Also, I think Ryu should be shining/glowing or something to make him stand out more in the picture.

If Ryu is a seperate layer, just go to Layer Styles and create an outer glow.

Ok, I've updated it. I'm not sure if I like the color of the glow though. Any suggestions?

I didn't mean that kind of glow, I mean't one that is fading off in gold around Ryu. Kind of like this around the button, but make it gold instead of white.
