Re: Who inspired you in FFR?
The whole "hanging out with Shash every lunchbreak at school" thing probably had a bit of influence maybe

Re: Who inspired you in FFR?
-An unregistered lady who went by the name of Kari introduced me to the game.
-Spinal_Compression also happened to play in my school and I surpassed skill before either of us graduated. -Bynary Fission when that one handed thread was active. -Sakiish for Stepmania -TC_Halogen when I was in my prime, we had a rivalry going on in the Stepmania Tournament. Remember this mate? That may have been the last time I was ahead of you in skill. D: -I love you for SMO. and others.

Re: Who inspired you in FFR?
Frans813 inspired me to play FFR.
First i tried SM (i played pretty well the first time) and he said you should register at FFR that's better, because there is competition. And now in the community the persons who inspire me are: ShadowAmesia: He is a nice person and plays well with spread (i'm to get so good as him while playing one handed) BynaryFission: Frans told me about him and inspired him. I saw his profile and got inspired too. Last edited by Helixia; 04-16-2012 at 02:10 AM.. |

>silentoath (went by an older nick) for introducing FFR to me when I was 13.
>Xiao for being the dude I grew up with as rhythm game buddies and looked up to 'cause he was 29837983 times better than I was before I surpassed him. >WTFBrandon for getting me to start stepping keyboard SM files. >Kommisar for being the first major SM dude to acknowledge my existence in the SM charting world. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't be here today and I wouldn't be nearly as popular since I practically leeched off his shadow even up until today. >#kbo. All of you are bros. Other influences in terms of skill boosting >Arch0wl's 1.5x Quasar vid >IzzySM's index quads >Dynamo >Laggy >Midare

Re: Who inspired you in FFR?
I was a DDR fiend back in high school and at one of my friend's birthday parties my good friend showed me FFR. I whored the shit out of the game for a couple years then the people that inspired me to keep at it were the dope stepfile artists like zag and rebirth. Still go back to play the zag packs and TGWP every once in a while on SM.

Re: Who inspired you in FFR?
Surprised Jerry mentioned me lmfao.
Yeah.. don't have that much motivations. On Stepmania yes though. When I first started out, saw Izzy's videos. It was quite a long time then, around a couple years later I decided to check out SM again. I saw Icy's video of his Strangeprogram AAA (He took it down now), I was like wow, people still play this game. I moved to SM, where Icy being my main inspiration. Kept improving with many inspirations that came and went, then eventually I saw Icy playing FFR. I just played FFR, got kinda hooked. Had a lot of inspirations too. Basically the ones are: IcyWorld - My main inspiration, he used to be better than me by so much at the time haha. Still one of mine, really chill guy. Staiain, leonid, Puppet, Dossar, Isaac, Gundam-Dude, kaiten - The SM elites. Always looked up to them, I usually strive to be as good as they are. Ormix - Used to be one of the best speed players I knew, I always wanted to be as fast as him at the time. TC_Halogen, One Winged Angel, subin - OWA pushes me a lot, AJ usually gives me motivation to play and strive to be better on FFR/SM/TS. Subin's just an inspiration to me haha. Zyphoror - Current rival. xXOpkillerXx, Hakulyte, Jerry - I used to look up to them, I still look up to Op since he's actually one of the nicest people I knew. Haku as well, I was astounded by his GT at the time. Team Blaze Chat - You know who you are. Last edited by EzExZeRo7497; 04-16-2012 at 03:54 AM.. |

Re: Who inspired you in FFR?
throughout the years i've had many rivals and they are all much better than me now. i doubt i can even remember most of them.
mau5 belugawhales tidus### kayla carlos no one really ever inspired me. i more or less hate the people better than me. so i don't look up to them in skill. just my pessimistic mindset. the only thing that kept me playing this game was the fact that i had no friends. I became can alright player. Very lucky scores. then it came to SM. i just kind of hopped on one day and whored dumps. not many people where at my awkward skill level there. but i will say here carlos was my inspiration. we were so close to skill on FFR, but he just blew me away on SM. i was dumbfounded. i will be getting into his rivalry with hi19 soon hopefully

Re: Who inspired you in FFR?
hmm see this is kinda a funny question because when i started playing there was no mp.. or i dont even think i set up a profile for a couple years after i started.. so i think the concept inspired me more then any person .. i was amazed at how the arrows went to the beat i remember playing like bomb the base and when i could finally fc alpha helix i thought i was a beast.. times have changed tho and im sure people have inspired me through the years and to anyone who has.. thank you..

Re: Who inspired you in FFR?
I got into SM by myself, but Patashu first showed me FFR. Nobody really "inspired" me to do better (I have a competitive nature so I pushed myself to get better scores), but I do credit Patashu for me signing up here.

Re: Who inspired you in FFR?
I never got inspiration. Everyone was like, "bsbsbsbsbsbsbs".
But I guess those people were my inspiration. I dunno.
