Do resubmissions count towards the 80 file limit? Because if they do, then this batch is definitely going to get filled up by the next 24 hours.

I'm guessing they do, but I'm not 100% sure. To be safe, let's not assume that resubmits are omitted from the file count.

Even if 80 files were sent already, you still have 24 hours after that.

Question: Do the files need to be in .dwi format, or is .sm fine? I just want to know whether or not I need to go through the hassle of transferring them to 3.9 and saving a .dwi.

.sm is optional, but you need to send files in a .dwi format. The reason is because the files won't convert properly without it.
