I always hate seeing the ones who get carried calling out the other team's skill. It's like if I played two shifts in hockey, didn't do anything, won because our first line and goalie are phenomenal, and then call the other team shit. It's just stupid.

I can't think of one situation where I'd rush a PD (or even a Zeal for that matter) without getting any sort of damage item first.

I've never seen Triforce on a Noc, and if I did, I'd have to laugh. People don't build warmogs because they would rather the Frozen Mallet + Atma's combo. Noc's best build I've seen for a destructive force would be:
Frozen Mallet; Atma's Impaler; Infinity Edge; Bloodthirster; Phantom Dancer; Bloodthirster (Or Lantern, depending on what role, lane or jungle)

No spammable spells to consistently make use of triforce procs. Plus a lot of other items are just better on him in general.

and I've just played a ton of games >.> most people have like 200+ once they get to 2k games xD

because he benefits way too much from having actual AD that he doesnt need that

his job is to get in and focus down one person when hes got a chance
most of the time he'll have 2 spell shields for 1 fight (bv and his own) and his q gives him great attack speed/damage and his w gives him more attack speed and his fear is long enough that if hes got a shitton of AD, and great lifesteal since most people get a BT anyways
so he can just get in, get his job done, and get back out if he needs to with his kit, doesnt really need the armor and hp

I don't think AD Sion beats or can even lane against any popular solo mids, so you would have to run him top, and I can't think of a lot of solo top champions I would want to run AD Sion against. Singed, certainly, or Cho'Gath or other 0 lane threat farmville champions, but that's about it.

Edit: After thinking about it, you could probably run AD Sion in jungle, but I've never seen it. Anyone know anything about how viable this is?

AD sion in the jungle is nuts, its the only way i play him
he gets a huge boost in the jungle from his E for AD and his w or whatever for shielding damage, and then he comes out of a bush with his flash ready and stuns the person and just goes to town, and can also deal with most junglers 1v1 for invading
