Either upload it to FFR, or create an account at an image hosting site (say, photobucket) and upload it there.

Use [img] tags to link directly to FFR.

haha, it's true my typography on that banner is really bad. I could've used a better font, but I didn't spend too much time on it because I didn't feel like it
