I'm sorry, you don't seem to have enough games played. If you can go meet the requirements listed at the bottom of the OP, you can join. This is mostly for placement- while I believe you that you want to be placed in D1, I also can't really tell for sure from your stats unless you play more levels.

EDIT- you have plenty of time to meet the requirements, there's more than 2 weeks until the tournament starts. Just post once you meet the minimum and I can add you
