He was added in the Ahri patch before either by mistake or by plan. It just took a minipatch to "activate" him.

Lots of getting lucky with last hits, lots of squishy enemies who happen to be the derpiest people in existence. I went like 35-5 after losing my lane with a bunch of feeding teammates as trynd once, he's broken as **** and they refuse to fix him.
