I agree with Hi19 on this. I cannot stand the videogame stereotype that a game absolutely has to have multiplayer for it to be good. My entire childhood (and still now) has been based off of Single Player games. Do I play multiplayer games, yea I do, but overall they just don't appeal to me the way single player does.
The only thing I hate more than that stereotype, is when kids buy a game (Call of Duty, for example) and completely disregard the story and just go straight to multiplayer and ONLY PLAY MULTIPLAYER. It's great and all you have friends, but when they're not on, maybe you should take the time to play the part of the video game that you get so hyped up about in the commercials. /rage
