The Leaning Tower of Games

Okay it's not really leaning but okay.

I didn't put any carts on it because it's in danger of tipping over. If I added my carts, it would be like 6 feet tall.

And to give a sense of scale... (I'm 6'3")

No idea why I did this. I was bored. Oh and there are random PS2 games (Klonoa 2, XS2, and BoF5) on top because they were on my desk and I didn't look there at first.

My stack of solely NES games would reach to my face at least, and I'm 6'0".

Aside from those, I only have a GCN and 35ish games for it, so that's only like 2 feet.

Yeah, it's a limited edition. 1317 of 2000. It's even signed by Samus Aran (well, the artist signed their name as Samus Aran). I think I got it with Super Metroid, when it came out. Either that, or with an old issue of Nintendo Power.

Wow. When I go home, I'm going to have to drag out all of my games and see how high they go (I'm 6'3", too). I doubt it will be as tall as Moogy's, but at least it'll give me something to do.

Wow, I suck at taking pictures. The games I have here make up for it though.

Sadly, I have long since lost the great SNES games of my childhood, so they are not represented here. Consider Yoshi's Island a representation of all games of that generation, even though it alone is quite possibly the best game here.

Oh, and this topic reminds me that I need to put up my HUGE Metroid Prime 2 poster. Yay for working at a place that gets lots of nice promo posters.

Nice whale, though. __________________ So I've gone completely slack-ass and haven't done any work on creating games. =( In less-depressing news, I got a job for an online business (which sells non-electronic games, of all things!) which has taught me a lot about marketing online and all that jazz. So now I'm on Twitter @NoahWright. And I write the blog for their website. Plus I do cool programming in-house that you'll never see. =O
