Don't give your credits away. Instead take a week away from the internet. If you are sure after that, then think about quitting. Your interest in the internet/ffr will get sparked again and you will come back to nothing, if you give it away.

I hope you feel less depressed or even just feel better and less stressed and come back. It would suck to see someone of your caliber go away.

Give them to me because my name is Chad too.

Just kidding, I don't want them, I quit a long time ago. You'll feel nostalgic every now and again, read some of your old forum posts, and then move on with your life.

Good luck and God bless. You have a long road ahead of you now :P

I actually agree with Emithith, I wouldn't give the credits away right now and just leave, give it a little bit. Leave for like a week or two, come back, if you don't feel like you want to be here, then you can give them away etc.

As far as the credits go, if you ARE going to give them away, I completely agree with what has been mentioned in this thread prior about donating them to tournaments. I'd suggest donating to either myself or 00Razor00 for our New Year's Tournament that will be runnin in less than a month now, but if you want to choose elsewhere, that's up to you.

You could always give the credits to me if I've made a file you really like :3

But in all honesty I support giving the credits to some user-run tournaments. Support the community, even if you don't want to be part of it anymore

I don't know you, and you're free to do whatever you want with yourself, and if you don't like to come here anymore, then that's fine. People change, hobbies change, dreams change, ideals change, goals change, that's fine.
But since when does not meeting someone make the interaction you have with them less meaningful? How many people in your real life do you have to physically touch or smell or see to know them? Why does that make your relationships with them more real?
How is 'the internet' something someone matures beyond? It's as close a thing to global culture that humanity's ever had, it's awesome.
As I was when I was 13, and I'm 29 now, I still like the internet. I like being able to exchange ideas, I like finding out what people like and think and what they do, and I still love the opportunity that my mind is what largely gets represented, and that I am not limited in my social interactions to my family and friends that I am physically close to.

Just don't get too lost out there in the 'real world', it gives some pretty good hits.

Making a thread to finalize your departure may seem like a good idea now, but in reality it's a meaningless gesture. Just leave in the dead of night and never look back, closing profiles is for shame toters and nobodies, even the number 1 nobody deserves to have a profile in memoriam, come on man don't be so selfish

You can give me your credits. Chances are I won't spend any of them and you can have them back if you want.

My mind's made up. The credits will go to.....Two tourneys. I'm going to donate roughly half the credits to the two tourneys that I've been told about. I wish both events the best of luck getting a huge prize pool.

For those who have asked, I'm not depressed. It's just part of me growing up.

To wrap this up, 92,660 credits will go to the Fire and Lightning tourney, and 92,660 will go towards the New Year's tourney I've been told about. As for the 1 leftover credit, it goes to RubiedCross because his name is also Chad. =P

Now I shall close my profile and say farewell. I wish for no more posts, and for everyone to move on. If you still really want to talk to me, add me on MSN. I'm on that from my phone anyways. Addy should be on my signature.

You will still be remembered for "pulling a Badman" on Max Forever (2-0-1-1, 2011 combo for the double ST get).

I actually put FFR before school when I first found this site in '04. Fast forward seven years, I'm still having issues with balancing more than one class per semester. Don't be like me, go get your freaking education. We'll do our best to be here and celebrate your achievements when you do feel ready to return.

They'll eventually go to a tourney I have for the most part planned out.

Also I don't think I knew you at all, but it's always sad to see someone who seemed to be popular among a few good people leave.
