Cutoff predictions! Let's see if I'm right in a week.
With the weird gallops, I don't think D1 will see too many AAAs. Maybe 6 or so. Expecting a 15 goods cutoff, thereabouts. D2 is going to have it rough. Only 5 AAAs, but the cutoff will be around 9 goods. D3 has it rather easy this round. Expecting a good amount of AAAs and a 4 goods cutoff. D4 is going to have less than 6 AAAs I think. The file is short, but easy to derp on. Cutoff will be... 6-1-0-1. Wow, D5 is going to be AAA or die for sure. Possibly a blackflag cutoff if people are lazy. D6 is harder for me to call. I'm going with at least 11 AAAs if not more, but a 4 goods cutoff. EDIT- revised a few predictions...

Calling D3 isn't going to have much of a cut off at all, a lot of people can't pa fast enough to hit those 24ths, and the trills at the beginning are annoying as ****.

!) I felt the round was severely easier. The gallops are where I scored my goods the first and second try, but the third try I just kind of danced along in my seat and got it perfectly. If you can get into the rhythm of things, then the D1 song is really fair. However, at this point the people in D1 either can PA songs, or can't. So those of us who can for the most part should get the AAA. Those of us who can't are probably going to weigh the cutoff down, so I can't disagree on the 15 goods prediction. Also, being in D1 I don't really know a lot of the players, but did some spying on those in my division as most would do. So I may be able to give a slightly accurate prediction for the temper mental division. D1 Predictions in no particular order: The Thong Kirbyman1990 Myself Trivalent xMUSICxMASTERx PrezEvil Mukku Avion7 (This player really concerns me. Member for over 4 years, 5 fcs? 0 AAA's? But has AAA'ed each song in the competition already? I seriously think he needs to check his levelstats and get that updated.) But that is my prediction for top 8 D1. Then again, you never really know because we do skillboost like mad. |

Only time will tell
!Edit: O_O Wow, that's a damn good score on glorious morning. I sure hope he just got lucky. :S. Lets move him to the top of the list that's in no particular order. Last edited by NickGallagher7; 11-30-2011 at 11:22 AM.. |

He's probably a sandbagger, a D1 person shouldn't get a score that would pass in D3. D2 I could understand, but two divisions?

It's not automatically malicious, but it still probably does warrant a boot up at least one division.

The only thing I don't understand about him being a sandbagger is the sheer length his account has been around. Nobody waits over 4 years for a chance to sandbag in a competition they probably didn't know would exist.
It looks to me, based on his newly updated bars, he whored the same 7 songs 1,200 times. Dx. But anyway, I just hope that if he is a sandbagger he gets moved to the proper division, and if not.. Well I have quite the fight ahead of me. Edit: Yeah.. Hi19's explanation makes much more sense. That's not to say I still don't hate the idea of it :P. Damn good players in my division -_-" |

If he's really as good as you guys seem to be saying he is, throw a PM to Psychoangel about it and she'll look into it. Division changes can still happen, and if he's *obviously* much better than he looked to be when the tournament started, she'll look into it

Edit: Okay so I just went to the level ranks and what I said here before was going off of hi19 saying he got 2/0/0/2 on glorious morning but you guys are not looking at scores correctly I think 1,028 8 Glorious Morning 166,810 106 2 0 0 2 108 1 That's not a full playthrough. Only 108 arrows out of 624.
