It helps to listen with your ears to see if your taps are off. Also, observe carefully at the arrow receptors, as well as hit the [23][14][23][14] pattern with a bit more emphasis. Mentally, it'll help you be aware of under/overcompensating the speed at which to hit the jumptrill pattern.
