I've been getting a few songs that are longer than 3:15.

If your song is longer than 3:15, please try to pick a different song or make a cut of it. If the song is too long whenever signups close, I will cut it myself

oh yeah

if you're gonna send me a soundcloud link, make sure the song is downloadable (someone did this and now I have to stereo mix -> record in audacity (which sucks because the song blows))

If you haven't sent a song by tomorrow (12am, November 5th), I'm not going to pick a song for you like last year. You send a song, you get a song. I'll also post the list of songs (without saying who sent what), so people can make graphics/guess who sent what song.
