I don't have a car. Too young.
But what is a Ricer, and what is JDM, etc?

That is an awesome Mustang and awesome lude. No fair.
I drive a 96 Civic EX Coupe. I'll take a picture of it someday and post it. Maybe tomorrow. I dont plan on putting too much into it being as I just need it to get to school and stuff. Future car: ![]() Seriously. Once I get enough money I want to start racing like my dad did. |

gooood choice jewpin. those things are sick. theres one around town pushin close to 300hp with spray... he wanted to mess with my and i just turned off...
the main reason i would want to live in japan would be so that i could own a skyline. they are so cheap there... and like 95000 to import here. qreepy... a ricer is a cheap car, usually a honda, with altezza taillights, a bunch of different colored lights, usually an unpainted body kit, some nasty chrome hubcaps and no engine mods to top it off. JDM is something us poor folks in the US do to try to make our cars look like they were imported straight from japan and modded in japan. usually means pretty conservative body kits, black rims, JDM headlights and taillights etc.

JDM is awesome.
I'd like to get a WRX imported from Europe so I could drive on the Left side like how you're supposed too. Here are some pics of my Civic. Stock 4 life!! |

from where im from, detroit, the real defenition of a ricer is anything made by asians and imported here; both my parents work for GM, and it isnt unlikely to only see SUV's on a short trip to the mall here; in detroit alot of people are frowned upon for driving non-american, or imported vechiles; my mom took a trip to california once, and she said every car was a rice; not like its bad, but it shows the different personalities throughout the country

6500-7000... tryin to get the thing sold soon.
maka... yea, thats true alot of places. i've given up on classifying alot of the idiots who drive that kinda stuff around here... its worthless. most of them know nothing of cars and then get pissed if you dont like the new neons that add 25 hp that they just added. meh.. whatever. i just drive, make friends with the boys with the big blocks and smoke the stupid kids who think their cars are fast. ps... sorry for the big pic above. it makes it hard to read.

Personally, I've been sort of raised thinking that American cars are built to die out after a couple of years.
I mean, if I needed a Truck, I'd be all up in that GM stuff. But I dont. And I hate SUV's. My dad used to race Corvettes. So I've always wanted a vette. But other than that, I have no desire to own an American car. And I'm staying away from Altezza lights. They're so ugly and boring. And I want to get a Lip to match the stock skirts. *edit* I'm more for style when it comes to cars at the moment. I dont plan on racing my Civic...so I dont see a need to really put a lot of work into the engine. And I only plan on having the Civic until I get out of College....because then it's WRX time. |

i like old domestic, new import. thats just how it is... alot of the new american stuff is either crap, too big, or just sux.
if i were gonna get a truck... 77 bronco. yea, get a nice conservative lip. it would look good. in case you missed it... 6500-7000 for the car.

good god, i saw the new vet today....i creamed my pants....thrice....the exhaust is so tight, and the it was sittin on 20's, and the tires were about a foot thick...damn what a vechile;
my paretns are high up in GM, so they get company cars every month; every one weve had that i can remember, was always top-of-the-line; i cant explain to you how great these auto's are, but theyre part of the american culture, so ill always stick to GM...because if i dont my parents will shoot me anyway
