And yeah, I could have stepped Scatta without the colors, but I figured...Scatta, crazy colors...eh, they go hand in hand in my ridiculous thought process.
Yeah I'm very glad I was moved up from D2A, being in D3 gave me a lot more to push myself for. Being in D2 would have been boring whoring for AAAs I feel.
About Scatta, there's really nothing wrong and I can see why you tried the technique, if it worked better it would have been a great tool to have when you're looking to create variation in a file. As it is I can see it working possibly in other songs, but for my tastes it was a little too difficult to read in this case. Oh well, live and learn.
I tried some color theory stuff in one of my submissions to the latest batch, in part just to learn DDReam. The more I use that program the more I'm scared by how good it is, it does EVERYTHING !_!

2. I plan on changing patterns in Epilogue before I submit it to ffr. If anyone has any like large things to point out about it PM me please? I'm not very good with patterns, in fact if you saw it before DC sent me some pattern suggestions you'd cry. It was really bad.

I am SUPER inconsistent. I had a great night today, warmed up with some Stepmania (playing SM helps a lot) and was setting new records all over the place so I decided to try improving on the tourney files as well. My scores from right after the files were released were awful, I think I had something like 28 goods clean on Scatta and 38-2-1-10 or something on Epilogue.
So yeah I have huge swings in the scores I can get, some nights I can do things like get 4 goods on Tamayura or 23 goods on Emotions (still lolling at how good those runs were) but other nights I can't even full combo Epilogue.

As for the file, if you'd like you can send it to me and I'll give you some more precise feedback when I'm able to look it over more slowly.
I'll be honest, I'm not even sure what the hell you were going for in this file. It doesn't feel like it's PR'd at all, the patterns don't fit clearly into the mold of easy-to-read/index stuff... they just seemed so random, and had lots of difficult 1-handed areas, especially for the left hand (non-mirrored). I have finals later this week so I might not be able to get back to you for a while but keep pestering me if I haven't by the end of the weekend.

I wouldn't be surprised to see someone in D3 AAA Scatta. It's really not too bad, I thought Revolutionary Etude was way harder to PA, same with Broken AirRow. And I'm sure D3A people can beat my score on Epilogue too.

EDIT- At Least Speedcore Artists Aren't In It for the Money is such. a. fun. file! Wowwww... so good
