Re: What languages do you speak?
English - Native Tongue
Japanese - On my 3rd semester of the course, and know a few colloquialisms here and there due to being half Japanese (but never properly taught) Russian - Just started so I know how to read and greet so far. Spanish - Took some in high school, but it didn't do much for me. |

Re: What languages do you speak?
Got Engrish down obviously, and I have been through 4 years of Spanish classes. Read The Godfather in Spanish, but I can't really converse very well in it so I wouldn't say I'm fluent. I can comprehend most verbal statements, but I suck at composing my own side of the conversation.

Re: What languages do you speak?
English - Fluent
Spanish - Somewhat getting to the point of fluency; I'm Puerto Rican, so I was raised with it being spoke around me, and I'm going into my 4th year in highschool of it Mandarin Chinese - Very poor; Just the basics. Going into my 2nd year of it Japanese - Worse than my Chinese; Taught myself some, can read+pronounce hiragana and katakana, but I can't understand most of what I read. If I know a kanji character, it's because I recognize it from Chinese, but I don't know the Japanese pronunciation of it |

Re: What languages do you speak?
Extremely fluent in English,
Know a bit of French, enough to hold a conversation but nothing spectacular. Want to learn Japanese, maybe Russian, and probably Chinese since I can see it getting popular. |

Re: What languages do you speak?
English - Native (10/10)
Spanish - Intermediate (5/10) - 4 years in high school. Vocabulary lacking, grammar sufficient. Mandarin Chinese - Beginner (3/10) - 3rd semester of college class. Vocabulary very lacking, grammar beginner/intermediate. Japanese, French - Novice (1/10) - Independent study only. I almost didn't even put these but I do know basic pronunciation and a few phrases. Al Bhed - (9/10) - Yup. I memorized this and it's still there. Not technically a language but what the heck. How many people do you know that can actually cipher their speech on the fly?

Hvorfor snakker du engelsk på AIM til meg da ? Norwegian - accent, but fluent English - decent Swedish - can understand most of it Danish - written perfectly, spoken danish sounds like norwegian with the throat filled with a dick |

Re: What languages do you speak?
Well...
English: native speaker, primary language of instruction, etc. Chinese: supposed to be a native speaker, but only intermediate-ish. Still have trouble reading. Also, traditional Chinese for the win. Though someday I'd like to learn simplified too. French: Several years of classes has not helped my retention. I've forgotten a lot. Japanese: Self-taught, somewhere between beginner and intermediate. Only fluent in one language apparently, so in conclusion I am terrible at this sort of thing.

Re: What languages do you speak?
English - good
Spanish - understand most of it, speaking is different though because I tend to forget vocabulary and grammar rules until people mention it x.x French - ...just whatever I learned up to Grade 9 :V Not counting other languages that I only know...5 or 6 words in lol
