When I was like 15 and still playing a bunch of competitive sports I was 8.6% but this time it'll be quite a bit higher than that lmao

My lowest was 9.3% (measured in December).
Drastically changed my diet and workout routine and only gained .7%.

ps: bmi is bullshit, if I was as heavy as the bmi normal weight I would be a skinny ****

edit: my doc said that if I'm 240lbs I'm normal weight if I go under that I'll become underweight, but acording to the bmi I'm still overweight cuz bmi is bullshit
