is the background really that distracting or is it the one handed trills?

One handed trills transitions that starts on up or down arrows automatically makes me mess up, the running man at the end don't make sense to me and transitions in general on that song confuse me more than anything. Background + blue arrows don't help but it's not annoying enough to be the real problem.

My average score on FOTBB is 25~75 goods.
