 IF IT'S NOT MADE WITH QUEBEC CHEESE CURDS, IT'S NOT A POUTINE. ANYTHING OTHERWISE IS BUT POSER CHEESE FRIES. also, the one of the most expensive poutines will be in Montréal. Foie Gras Poutine
