I think it's bloody brilliant. It could almost be used for political reasons.

I'm not going to state in favor of one side or the other right now in the argument, but the video itself is definitely interesting. It has good points, but I also feel that some are left out. Overall an interesting find though.

Like any well done propaganda, it has impact, is tied into truth, but is out of proportion.

I usually despise these kind of videos that try to rally people to the same causes without any valuable argument but I have to say the way it's turned is really well done even though it works on cliché stereotypes.
I'm trying to find out what makes it more noteworthy than usual, must be how it's described in the beginning and then how they show the dogmatism of the repression of something that has been described as "good and not risky" for every people together with the social consequences of that repression (of course it's an obvious depiction, but I'm spotting the major points). The social point is the most important I think, firstly because it's something people are more sensitive than on evasive values like "happiness" and possesses a really more categorical and clear statement and where the disproportion should be questionable it actually makes the whole thing works even better by a totally symetrical depiction and makes the video get a good impact rather than looking out of argument and making the viewer a bit doubtful about the legitimacy of what he just saw. The length of the video is definitely a major factor in its persuasive potential. The guys who made it are by all the odds skilled. But that's not how logical arguments work. ![]()
