Well there's now a reason for me to buy a laptop for FFR lmao
I was at Future Shop earlier looking at a few laptops like a Certain Sony VAIO model (forgot which) but I think I'm going to buy it straight from the company

Depends, my friend's dad is helping me get a job. Hopefully Ill get enough cash to buy a decent gaming laptop ($1500-$2000) by september or so. The job is full time too

That could be another option but I'm going into college this September in a Electrical Engineering Technician Course.

I wanna say you're right but my parents LOVE taking my desktop away whenever Im grounded for the stupidest reasons.. Recalling when my mom was superbly pissed off she was going to ban me from playing just because I didn't get her a drink of water, and this was when I was playing FFR too .-.

lol dont waste your money on games, save that shit. If you are going to get a laptop dont spend that much on a gaming one if your main concern is playing FFR. You could probably find one within that deal OHN mentioned where you get the free xbox and have it work just fine for FFR. Save yourself a good chunk of money.

This is very true.

Well my main priority is CS 1.6, when I play CEVO next season, I want it to be lag-free on all aspects. Others are FFR, SM, Touhou, Music, Photoshop, and SC2.

Perhaps I'll get a decent one since I don't really need that much firepower for 1.6 anyways.

The current desktop computer I'm using is a piece of crap. Even my Dell laptop is better. I haven't been able to download League of Legends, DivX, WoW, etc...

Oh well, that's what I get for a $2.00 (copyrighted) Windows XP.

i only say dont get a gaming laptop because i currently have one

i7 , gtx280m, 6gb ram, 15", 2ghz (8cpu dual core) - and it's more than enough to run any and every single game - i think it's too much firepower in the first place

and because it's a bit bad on the battery side (for a dedicated graphics card, battery life is sacrificed), i bought a netbook for $280 (for classes and using outside of dorm)

in my dorm i just use my gaming laptop.

all in all it cost me $1700 for both combined using coupons, discounts, etc.. although i would've rather spent $2000 on a more compact, powerful, long lasting high end laptop from asus

lol, yeah it's 4 in the morning. I don't really fall asleep like I used too. But it hasn't been too long. I actually feel asleep yesterday.

Better thing to look for is a multimedia laptop. It has power, and it's much less expensive.

I have a Dell XPS 15, great laptop. Has a good 4.5h of battery life, while still having a 420m video card and a powerful 2.5ghz i5 processor. The screen is also 1080p, it has JBL 2.1 speakers (yes it has a subwoofer), backlit keyboard, huuuuge touchpad (think macbook sized), the first skype certified webcam (rly good webcam and microphone), USB 3.0, etc. It only cost me 1100$ but that's with a few upgrades. Base cost is around 700$ I think.

Songs retardedly easy for it's placement. Yes, it's an FMO. Does it deserve to be after Bloodmeat and before Blindfolds Aside? No. It should be right after Divine Suicide of K, it is NOT harder than Kyrie. The only hard part IMO was the drum solo and the end could be a little tricky. Fun song though.
