![]() It could be worse your song could have been part of the older batch and they could have started releasing things from the newer batch before it. There's still another weeks worth of the older files to be released then there's like 38 files from the newer batch. I'm waiting for my file to get in but I'm being patient I figure I pob wont see mine in till July. EDIT: there was one song released from the newest batch and that was I remember when because it was considered high priority because it was a new artist who will be promoting it to her fanbase which means more members to FFR (Hopefully) |

I'm actually not too fond of the introduction of my file anymore; those 8th/12th polyrhythms make that particular section somewhat rough to play. |

The whole mini-jack thought (as well as other thoughts towards files) is (are) opinionated in terms of liking and disliking it (them). I will admit that a few of the newer files have mini-jacks, but that's not to say they're poorly stepped. |

![]() Nobody steps index charts anymore, because we all moved onto spread once we realized that there was a lot more freedom to step when you were allowed to make patterns for 4 fingers...
Plus, being good at index pretty much requires mastering minijacks anyway (for 24th/32nd rolls, actual minijacks, jumps near stream, etc.), so you REALLY shouldn't be complaining.

![]() Halogen,
I LOVE that file. Nice work. The song is really catchy and the steps are tricky/unique enough to make it worth replaying.

![]() Above: A nice simple piano song that was easy to AAA (I like these a lot)
The Crow's Newspaper: OMG definitely one of my new favourite 10's, definitely one of the easier, more fun ones like Lune Noir (the steps reminded me of that) I got a BF on it the first try (but couldn't turn it into an AAA lol) ![]() A Quick Death: Another 12 I fail at... but it's a cool song and fun steps Positively Inclined RMX: Fun, very easy but very long 10 that was also a bit laggy... the song itself was interesting reminded me of Twister (the opening song in The World Ends With You, an amazing DS game) Last edited by Sweagen; 05-12-2011 at 02:46 PM.. Reason: Tried Positively Inclined RMX |

![]() Above: Any file that isn't 9-12 is good because we need more of those.
Crow's Newspaper: Did anyone else find this file really awkward? I'm just not all that great with minijumpstreams starting on 16th notes Positively Inclined RMX: Loved the song, loved the file. Great job, Dossar! A Quick Death: dump

I second that xd
I find it awkward as well. Those polyrhythms are tricky. |

![]() lmfao my file being released this week was totally unexpected to me.
As for A Quick Death, I'll see how much aids are in the patterns later - my dragonsfury score on it actually isn't far from my score on breakbeat acid (that's how bad the patterns were rofl) |
