I got releases from the intensive care earlier today because when they took me in I had a sugar level of 38 and the avarage human has it under 10 so I'm quite sick atm and I was close to falling in to an coma, I'm still at the hospital working towards recovery

I have diabetes as well. Yes it sucks, but you get used to it. Also, healthy food is not that bad.
See it as a change of habits only. Good luck ^^ |

What type of diabetus is it? 1 or 2? Type one u can actually cure, type 2 is for life.
My sis has it since shes young and she lives happy, you can eat all you want but eating less/more has more effects on you. Also you gotta keep juice or candies with u at all times. |

My spouse has diabetes... You're making it sound way worse than it is. We live a normal life and you certainly don't need to make a thread about it.
I guess I'll make a thread next time I get the flu.

Get well soon, m8. Diabeetus is actually quite treatable though, so even if you're diagnosed with diabeetus (since it doesn't seem you've been diagnosed with diabeetus yet) it's not too difficult to live with diabeetus in my eyes. You should more or less be able to lead a normal life; you'll just have diabeetus.
In the end, though, listen to your ****ing doctor. That's the most important thing you can do right now because you're not the one with the medical degree. |

Hah. Sad trolls on a diabetes topic. Classic. Sorry to hear about this, Jousway. And a real scare with the near coma. =\ It's gonna be an adjustment for you - I suggest learning to cook if you're not very familiar. That way, you can figure out a few healthy, staple meals which will help you regulate your levels and allow you to worry less. ^_^
