Of course, there are a lot of seats in Ontario/Manitoba/BC that can get switched. Hopefully that can turn the tide of the battle, especially when Canadians continue to become less and less satisfied with conservatives. Either way, the NDP has mostly been leeching its spots from Liberals, and the Bloc, and has largely not touched conservative ridings. This happened rather recently; about a month or two ago the Liberals were still dominating the NDP. I don't know why the sudden switch, personally. Either way, if Harper is the one that needs to go, people are going to have to do more than just jump on the NDP bandwagon, because if it's at the expense of the Liberal party, Harper will win again anyway. D: It is, however, nice to see the Bloc fall. It's about time. I highly favor the liberals, given they have always given more funding to education, and to science research, which is something that is important to me, and everyone, IMO. They also have good green incentives in their platform, something critically missing in Canada right now. There isn't a lot that appeals to me from the NDP, though I would take them over the conservatives, personally, since the conservative platform is almost entirely useless IMO other than the fact that it's appealing at first sight to see 'WOW, even lower taxes! Herp!' I mean, it's nice that Layton wants to hire more doctors and nurses, but I would be interested in more details on how he plans to do this. New seats at most medical facilities in Canada are ridiculously expensive and if anything the trend has been to sell these seats to foreign countries in the past years for $...! I don't like this solution at ALL D:
