http://www.iobit.com/gamebooster.html Then, download Flash Standalone 9: Windows: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/f...shplayer_9.exe Mac: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/f...ayer_9.app.zip Then you're going to want to find a .swf to use in Standalone (steps provided below). 1. After downloading Game Booster and Flash Player 9, log into FFR in Internet Explorer and make sure to check the Remember me box. 2. In your browser, go to Tools > Internet Options (or options) > Security > Privacy. 3. Set your security and privacy to the lowest setting (you're doing this so Internet Explorer shares the FFR login info with your Standalone) 4. Open Standalone Flash 9, click open. 5. At the top, click File > Open - It'll ask you for a location, enter in a .swf (provided below) http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/ffrndanotherway.swf http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...erway_5238.swf (beta) This should reduce your lag significantly. Hope this helps.

Stande alone never works on my vista laptop. Even with the steps taken. Never keeps me logged in, always Anonymous, 0 credits.

Anyone know how to change the security settings for Internet Explorer on a Mac?
I can't figure it out.

Eric = Under security have you turned each bar in there down to low?
Here, step by step guide: 1. Open IE 2. Tools -> Internet Options 3. Click on the security tab at the top 4. You see 4 options to choose from in a box under the tabs that are listed as "Internet" "Local Intranet" "Trusted Sites" "Restricted Sites" 5. You'll see an Up and Down scroll bar thing right underneath the selections 6. Go through each selection and bring the bar down to the lowest setting there is 7. There is also a box you can check and un-check that says "Enable Protected Mode" -> Make sure each selection has this box NOT CHECKED. Then save and log into to FFR and save the password by clicking on "remember me" etc. etc. Try that. EDIT: Here is a picture showing you with that Enable Protected mode thing. Again make sure it is NOT checked. ![]() Last edited by krunkykai22; 03-13-2011 at 10:00 PM.. |

Wouldn't gamebooster alone help with lag, or no?

Yeah I'm using the engine on ffr's site. I don't know if anyone is taking a look at that because I don't wanna start playing again until it's fixed.

I see people have a lot of problems most of the time with lag. At first I used game booster thinking that's what solved my lag issues, but I eventually stopped using it and I noticed the lag didn't come back when I did stop. Flash Player 9.0.280 solves all the lag issues (for me anyways)... it does lag if I use any higher, though.
I guess its different for some people... odd. I also use the latest version of Firefox, windows vista SP2, x2 zoom, Flash Player 9.0.280. No standalone |

Add also: http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...erway_1022.swf (legacy update) http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...y/ffr_Wide.swf (velocity) Also, to anyone who cannot find the "protected mode" check box, what I did was instead: Internet Options > Privacy > Sites Add http://www.flashflashrevolution.com > Allow Then I was able to use the standalone on my other computer. It should work for others that can't find the "protected mode" box in their IE.
