I don't really get why everyone thinks mephisto is difficult, I find it extremely straightforward and basic for an FGO

I find that true as well. It's more of a "Do you understand wtf I'm stepping well enough to play this" than "omfg too fast my fingers can't keep up."

I don't find it really hard, it's just a bit tough for a first round FGO. Doesn't faze me, though.

If you're on windows, you can go to Accessories -> On-Screen Keyboard and take the screenshot that way.
