I meant that they were perfectly capable of getting the acceptance, but because of small errors, I gave them a [+?] when it really should have still been a [+.].

green = I'm easy
yellow = I'm easy-moderate
orange = I'm moderate-strict
red = I'm strict

@judges: Note that this isn't any indication that you should change how you review files. The list is probably not super accurate either (e.g. quality of files vs judgment of reviewer). This is for informational purposes only.
