And I am sorry if I am detracting from your enjoyment of the game D: Seriously is not the intention -- you're clearly capable of AAA'ing a lot of your currently un-AAA'd files. Much of the fun of this game is breaking your previous records.

the frustration involved to even attempt improving these scores isn't even worth it to me anymore. I'm sick and tired of having to play songs that I know I can easily AAA only to get screwed because it's on FFR. I've AAA'd La Camp on SM with no hesitation, yet I can't do it here. I have no issue reading ANYTHING within the chart, I always mess up the same spots of the same charts, regardless of me doing it on mirror or not.

Frankly, I can't stand how lower level players can't even post in these threads because their thoughts of seeing their scores overlooked are correct. It's horrible.

Have you experimented with speedmods at all? I used to use 1.5 but then I switched to 1.75 and it made a world of difference. The main difference between FFR and SM is that you can't time things the same way. SM reacts better to actual *timing* and synchronization of hits. FFR reacts better to attacking **** earlier than is technically comfortable.

And I do agree with your point about lower level scores.

I made that speedmod switch a while ago. I was sitting at 1.875, but when FFR came back, it felt WAY too fast for me. Now that I'm playing on 1.75, I'm not noticing any change in my scores. Even 1.8 feels uncomfortable for me.

That song is really the biggest pain in the world because it's like you have to guess at the long trills.

It was "removed" a long time ago... as in, it's not publicly playable. I wasn't playing FFR back then.

But the swf file is still on FFR, and you can still play it and record a score, if you know how to set it up. (Not gonna post the steps here.) There are a bunch of other secret files you can play that way, like Chrono Trigger.

But you wont be able to if you don't have the swf. Unless you want to attempt to recreate it with a converter.

Edit: nvm I guess the swf's are still hosted on ffr.
