And damn... there were a CRAP ton of posts made in this thread in the last 24-48 hours. Took forever to read it all, but very good read haha. Sick engine DS, and that replay was... phenomenal? Yeah, that's the word I'm looking for. Why the f*ck did that damn Guitar Hero player get in the Guinness Book of Records for "fastest fingers on Earth" again? Guinness must not have heard about us yet... Anyone up to calling Guinness and getting them to come check out Rubix, Dossar, Halogen, samt0rx and others 8]? Surely one of them is more worthy of Guinness than a Guitar Hero. |

well it depends on what you're looking for in finger dexterity. not comparing in terms of note densities hit by the best players/difficulty to learn, we see a scale something like this:
stepmania makes you use two fingers/hand, no horizontal movement IIDX two handed makes you use four fingers/hand, no horizontal movement guitar hero makes you use four fingers + horizontal movement pop'n music makes you use all of your hands essentially + horizontal movement IIDX one handed/double play makes you use all five fingers + horizontal movement keyboardmania....... in conclusion we should give 'fastest fingers' to some dude who plays piano

Here's the Fixed MrRubix Replay data:
http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=y4TVpsQZ That should work on the new engine (Build 28.10.2010) that has a few replay bugs fixed. Also I finished my Replay converter should it's easier now. |

Looks like it's playing in 1x to me... correct me if I'm wrong.
Edit: No, that's definitely 1x. Edit2: I'm dumb and didn't know I had to manually change it. Cool, I can watch it in a comfortable 2x.

I fixed a bug with the hash generator, and clearing of vars when a replay is loaded.

There is nothing wrong about questioning someone's scores - samtorx pointed this out a long time ago. We basically just got on your nerves so you'd actually give nice solid proof that you weren't cheating after all. With that replay, that is solid evidence and therefore your score is not going to be called out on now. See why it's important to have a replay even if it's not an AAA? (Velocity's engine has been up for quite some time, just been known only to DF for the most part). Therefore, congratulations. No more uproars. I also have my RATO replay which I'd like Velocity or someone to remove avmisses from - it'll look a lot nicer and it's also evidence too. 8) http://www.flashflashrevolution.com/...play/58089229/ |

Probably my best score since FFR has come back =/
Sucks because of CB's. I think it would have actually beat the score I had before FFR went down. ![]() |

I'll have to look into it. First time I see a error in a replay.

It's the final note, could be something in the replay coding that was done. Considering it was the final note I wouldn't imagine it's something ridiculous.
