It's soooo good. But is it really? Thoughts/opinions. Also, vote in the poll on how often you eat fast food per week.

There is no poll to vote on. Fast food tastes great, but it's not healthy for you at all of course. Since I work at Taco Bell, I get free meals every time I work, so basically I eat fast food about 3 or 4 times a week. Yet, I'm trying to reduce the amount I eat every night.

I have one every Sunday because I'm bad and I sit all night long playing CoD too. I like it.

Honestly, I eat fast food alot. Mostly like 5/6 times a week. I have an extreme high metabolism which keeps me thin as hell >.> i'm like 6 foot 2 170lbs from years of eating fast food because I work at them ;p go figure.

Gah, I know people like that.. you're so lucky lol. I eat a popsicle and I gain 3 pounds.

I would say once or twice a week now that I am jobless.. D: I miss my unhealthy fast food. Not that it really affected me at all with my constant regiment of ITG.

Cafeteria food is typically kept within a nutrition guide line to keep it as healthy as possible.

Same here. I ate fast food A LOT last year. Cut back and started eating Subway or Quiznos. Only had fast food 5 or 6 times this year.

I have no problem with eating fast food, especially since I as well have a high metabolism. I usually cook at home and save fast food trips for when I'm out drinking, or just chilling with friends (which is often enough).

favorite fast food item: Deluxe Chick-Fil-A spicy chicken sandwich <3

I don't know if you can count Subway as fast food, I eat there 3-4 times a week, and the days I don't have Subway I eat at Chipotle.

I have actual fast food maybe once every few weeks. I try to avoid it as much as I can, especially places like KFC and McDonalds and such, where there's just excess grease on everything, it causes me to break out.

-_- lol i guess i'm anorexic then. i eat fast food probably twice a week. just don't/can't gain weight.

Currently, I don't really have a choice but to eat at least one meal out every day. Now, I know that you are saying that I have the option to bring a meal with me, but I do that already. I could always bring another meal, but I feel that one meal is good enough for a day.

I probably eat it four times a week - once for every day I am at work/school (same thing for me). I usually make that my only meal of the day, though, and snack on reasonable things if I need to.
