Nichols Caught!

I don't know if you guys now about this, but a man, Brian Nichols was captured earlier today.

Yesterday, he was going in for a re-trial on charges if rape, when he overpowered a deputy, took her gun, shot her. Then ran into the court room, and killed the judge, one deputy, and the court typer person. He then ran out, pistol whipped a reporter, and took his car. They went on a national man-huny for about 24 hours until they captured him earler today. It was reported he just gave up, which is suprising.

What do you guys think should happen.

That happened dangerously close to me.
Heh, I was able to get away with speeding because the cops didn't care. They just wanted to find that guy.

I hadn't heard he was caught yet. That's good to hear.
From details they give on the radio, this guy sounds like a psycho.

Anyways, I guess he just gave himself up. Waived his white shirt or something. There saying it was the biggest man-hunt in our country's history.

He'll get the death penalty or lifetime in jail, for sure.

Rape + Triple Homicide? Are you kidding? That's not going to get any small punishment.

I say he gets multiple life sentences. Most people want to see him put to the death penalty, I'm sure, but I think a lifetime of prison is much worse.

Meaning living in the country. I think they reduced it to the biggest in Georgia.

Of course he will either get life or death, but I think he should get death. Just beacuse of the way he went out. I know what he did was horrible, but he seems appologetic about it, at least they could just make it quick.

We need deputies guarding the court of giant rape and murder cases to be strong and fast enough to shoot someone who does that. :P

I guess she was a 50 year old woman. He had no shackels of cuffs either. Dumb move, since he already tried to sneak in 2 metal shanks a few days earlier.

Well he has an extremely high chance of death cause...well he shot a judge! and 2 other innocent people.

They think he killed someone else last night.

He also pistol-whipped a reporter, and hi-jacked his car.
