2 or 3 questions about Stepmania(Theme)

oh damn i forgot the first one...oh well.

So i'll start like that:

1. I heard something about theme with a pourcentage calculator ( like ITG) inside. So my question is : How can I add it to Xoon 2 ? I know its possible, but i dont know how.

My second question is : I saw some video with the mention '' Marvelous '' what is it? Joke, srsly i saw some video with the Marvelous/Flawness that doesnt MOVE. Its doesnt flash. Its just said marvelous without flashing or being bigger for a quarter of seconds. Someone know how to do it?

Your first question I can't answer.

But as for your second question there are very few themes that have timing that isn't flashy. But I know of a stepmania 3.95 program that has non-flashy timing.

I would give you a link for the modded 4.0 but I can't find a working link.. Sorry =/

Oh and 3.95 is just like 3.9. But you can't use the same themes on it.. Another thing is you dont need to worry about installing it. Just extract the folder into your program files.

I forgot that there was a theme I knew of for 3.95 called "Glass" but the link is dead for that so I'm re-uploading it. I modded it a little bit but the timing isn't flashy. I'll post the link as soon as it's done uploading.

Change PercentageScoring in the stepmania.ini to 1.
so it should be "PercentageScoring=1"

If thats not what your talking about elaborate more plz

ok I did that in my Xoon 4:

I think this is what you need to have in the metrics.ini under the [ScreenEvaluationStage] section:

PercentFrameP1OnCommand=hidden,1
PercentFrameP1X=1
PercentFrameP1Y=1
PercentFrameP1OffCommand=hidden,1
PercentP1X=SCREEN_CENTER_X-200
PercentP1Y=SCREEN_CENTER_Y-140
PercentP1OnCommand=hidden,0
PercentP1OffCommand=hidden,1

and in StepMania.ini I have PercentageScoring=1

and if you want the percentage to match up to ITG percentages, in StepMania.ini you need to change the percentage weights:

PercentScoreWeightBoo=-6
PercentScoreWeightGood=0
PercentScoreWeightGreat=2
PercentScoreWeightHitMine=-6
PercentScoreWeightMarvelous=5
PercentScoreWeightMiss=-12
PercentScoreWeightNG=0
PercentScoreWeightOK=5
PercentScoreWeightPerfect=4

try that.

I'm not sure if that percentage in game is quite accurate in comparison to normal DP grading.

You may end up with scores that are like 91-92% and still getting AAs. Likewise, you'll have a few low to mid 93s that could end up as As too.

why. I stated obviously that it's the ITG (In The Groove) percentages. it's not the normal stepmania percentages.
