Most of Reach's sims are fun....but that doesn't mean they're good.

With the exception of a couple his stepfiles suck balls..but they're fun.

how can a song be fun but not good? if i enjoy playing a simfile i think it's good, if it's boring i think it's bad. i don't see what else you would base it on.

your reply would NOT mean anything towards that particular song which is what he was talking about in the first place.

in this scenario your response branches off the conversation from those simfiles onto reach's simfiles in general. Then someone comes in and criticizes it, and then the other people criticize that person and it turns into a flame war.

fyi playing the generic "so was your post" game doesn't work here because I was pointing out a common posting habit that I've frequently seen on these forums, reducing habits like that is CONTRIBUTING which is not pointless.

Ok, then I guess I was accidentally making the assumption that Eclipse thought all of reach's files were bad (since there were quite a few listed there). My bad, if it's that big of a deal, then sorry. Didn't think it would be analyzed that closely, as if it really matters much.

If it means enough for you to make that big of a post, arch, how about I change my comment to "I like some of the songs eclipse listed. I think they're fun." how's that?
