Stepmania songs???!!!

hey im new at these online versions of ddr and stuff. i just downloaded stepmania and i cant figure out how to get songs and download them onto to the game or whatever. please help someone cuz i dont know what im doing. all i have is the game on my computer. i just need to know how to get songs. thanks a lot

i feel like an idiot askin all these questoins cuz everyone else in here but me knows what theyre doin. i downloaded a song. its saved under everything im supposed to or whatever i think. how does it transfer to the game now?

If you're having trouble with StepMania, then play some FFR because that requires no set up at all

There's a reason the stickied thread for how to get songs onto stepmania is in CAPITAL letters.
