self explanitory. what will make me interested in this game is that it's the first of the Pop'n series to hit the good ol' USA. that and I own the Wii. Last edited by playe; 11-21-2009 at 03:28 AM.. |

I agree 100% with you. You cannot bring a game which that strong of a Japanese presence and hope to get Americans to pick it up.
I absolutely hate the way that the Wii is trying to pull it off--the game looks terrible. |

Looks interesting, at least. Might be for those who are into casual gameplay (ie most people who own a Wii). Hope it doesn't suck. *crosses fingers*

Re: Wii to ruin Pop'n Music for us all.
In my own personal experience, any rhyme game (that use the Wiimote and Nunchuck) are complete utter failures. Once you get in to the harder difficulties anyway. The motion censors just can't keep up with it.
I see the commercial for this at work every 20 mins or so and I get so pissed everytime. XD Way to go ruining Pop'n. =_='

Re: Wii to ruin Pop'n Music for us all.
DDR went down the drain after DDR Extreme for consoles.

He didn't give a valid reason as to why he didn't like it. I'd rather him say that he didn't like it because it used nine buttons or because the interface is weird, not just say it's garbage.

Not even for consoles, I would just go and say in general.

Way to go, Konami. Way to ruin my favourite rhythm game. =| Anybody even remotely interested in Pop'n is better off getting themselves an ASC when they acquire the funds and modding their PS2. Hell, even importing a mini controller would be better than **** by a mile.

wow i can tell anyone that wants anything more than just casual play is going to be pissed. The moment the motion censors dont hit what i tried to make them hit, i'd get so angry. they def should not have put this as a wii game

Not unless they made a Pop'n controller for Wii that would go into the GameCube controller plugs. (Or hook up via wireless.)
