I'll collab with people if anyone wants to, just don't expect me to cut songs for you (Zero, Raine volunteered to cut that one song for you then vanished so my bad)

So I sent a couple more files. Well a fix of Still More Fighting along with Gaycore. This pack needs an outlet for its primal urges that the previous pack didn't have.

Also, what happened to the Lune Noir file in the pack inbox? I didn't get a chance to download it.

I suddenly realized that the hard chart blew cock so I took it out. The expert chart was good, but I want files in here of mine that I can actually play. I may get around to making the hard chart not suck, but until then I'm stepping Ken Nakagawa when I actually get time.

Also FoxX, any song over 2:45 will be judged hardcore strict, boss song or not. I mean if the file is good enough, then go ahead and send it. But yeah.

Will judge things tomorrow or something. Just had to open work at 8am... then close it at 9pm. God I hate that lmao

(JenovaSephiroth) Dignity - File itself is okay (nice job forcing double steps lol). Only thing is that you need to alter this to get at least 1 second at the beginning of the song where there is no notes. It's obnoxious to have to hit the button to start the song then have to run back to the pad because the chart starts instantly. Will accept when this is fixed

(JenovaSephiroth) Free - That one section with all the jumps is a little annoying, but I guess due to the rest of the chart's difficulty, it is alright. I would like you to mark the speedups and slowdowns with mines, though (not including m69-74). The other thing is I would like you to do the same thing with the file that I said for Dignity, making it have at least 1 second of song or silence before the chart starts. Needs fixes

(Wyde) GAYCORE - Half turns mixed in with chain jumps..... are you kidding me? I really don't know what to say to this one. These indeed are the gayest patterns I have ever seen in my life. I just can't do it im sorry lol. Make those crossover patterns not so retarded and then we will talk. Rejected

(JenovaSephiroth) Heavens Above (Wikked Remix - File is okay, but its just way too long. You could easily cut this song in half and make it be a good file. The way it is right now, its just too repetitive. Needs to be shorter

(JenovaSephiroth) Ich Bin Dein Gummibear - Again, okay file, just too long. Seeing as the song pretty much loops 3 times, it gets a bit repetitive. If you can find a way to cut this a bit, then I will accepted it. Needs to be a bit shorter

(Jenova Sephiroth) Play the Future - Pretty much the same things here. File is too long a bit repetitive, and there isn't that space of silence in the beginning. Your song choices here are killing you bro I'm sorry. Fixes Needed

(Wyde) Still More Fighting v2 - Better. Accepted

(JenovaSephiroth) The Club - Yeah this is what I expect when I see a JS file. Accepted

(JenovaSephiroth) Hustle - Sure why not Accepted

Also I sent a couple files

Mission accomplished.

Anyway, I've slowly been getting reviews done. I'll try and put up what I can by tomorrow at latest.

EDIT: Scratch that. They be finished now.

----------

9.11.09

~Dignity - ACCEPTED~
Sync seemed a bit late: Had to hit F12 once. Also, this is definitely a 10 at least, not a 9. XD Otherwise, good file. Just needs the required delay that buizel is asking for.

~Free - REJECTED~
I'm afraid there was too much I didn't like. I felt there were various errors in the mapping of rhythms from measures 5-36 for a start. The jump section, while I appreciate you were trying to keep the difficulty up, felt a bit much, especially as it went on for so long. Additionally, all the hand sections seemed very strange to me. I do think you tried to hard to make this a 14.

~Hassuru - ACCEPTED~
Yeah this was quite good. I don't have much more to say on it really. XD

~Heavens Above (Wikked Remix) - REVISE~
Sync was way too late: had to hit F12 three times. D= I'm a bit conflicted about the length here, because I feel you could have ended the chart by measure 80. The steps throughout are okay, so don't worry to much about those.

~Ich Bin Dien Gummibear - REVISE~
Sync is too early: had to press F11 twice. My only real complaint: it's too long. At the very least I think you should have cut out the second verse. I personally thought the steps were okay, but at the same time fairly uninteresting and repetitive. That ain't no good for a song that long, and I feel that justifies a cut.

~Lune Noir - HIJACKED~
I considered rejecting this to be honest, simply because many of the rhythms (especially in the piano solos) were stepped just plain wrong. I ended up making my own changes to your chart though: part rhythm fix, part general editing, though the chart is mostly the same. I'll post it back and see what you think.

~Play The Future - ACCEPTED~
A bit long, yes. I did enjoy this though, even if I felt it was a little overstepped in places.

~Rottel-Da-Star - ACCEPTED~
To be honest, there was nothing about this file that I particularly disliked. Just seems like a fairly well constructed difficult chart overall. Good jorb.

~The Club - REVISE~
This file did seem okay, but again I have my issues. The biggest one is the complete and utter ommission of 12th gallops. Wherever you were following the vocals, there was no excuse to not use them at all imo. On a more minor note, the warp felt a bit out of place for me. I'd rather it was ommitted, or at least the mines that immediately follow it.

~Valkyrjia - ACCEPTED (just lol)~
A bit of a light accept I suppose. Firstly, sync felt a little early for me: had to hit F11 once. I wasn't sure of the freezes here: their placements often seemed rather random throughout. Otherwise, not a bad file, even if it could have done with a few 24th trills and more consistent use of 32nd gallops.

----------

I just realised this pack could very nearly be called the Buizel/JS/Wyde Eclipse Pad Pack. Sans Kommisar, we're the only ones who've submitted stuff so far. D=

Not much more I can think of sending to this btw. And I still need to think of what to do with my gaycore file.

yeah you don't necessarily have to play pad in order to step for it. The only advantage to playing pad is that you know how patterns flow and how to avoid pad errors.

Yeah, if you play pad, then you don't end up with chain-jump-half-spins

Working on a chart for a song called Ala Rosso. Probably going to be a borderline 10/11.
