Well I'm only going to list pad artists because that's all I play cuz I sux at stepmania. I suppose my votes go to WinDEU, Revolver, ~Zero~, MacGravel, Renard and zimlord. That's based on how many of their files I have and how many of those files I find particularly enjoyable.

He also makes actual decent files every now and then. =x

I mean, he just released a chart for Gaycore not even 24 hours ago and that was pretty rad.
